Da ich für ein Praktikum nach Hamburg gehe, suche ich ein nettes Mädel, das mein Zimmer für ein halbes Jahr übernimmt und sich dort hoffentlich so wohl fühlt, wie ich es tue. Der Auszugstermin sollte zwischen Ende August und Ende September liegen. Das Zimmer ist 13 m² groß, hat ein eigenes Waschbecken und ist dank zweier großer Fenster schön hell. Möbliert ist es mit einem Bett, einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Regal.
Im Haus befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und in einem Teil des Kellers die Büroräume unserer Vermieter. Im ersten und im zweiten Stock wohnen wir als 10er-WG. Das Zusammenleben mit so vielen Leuten gestaltet sich wirklich entspannt, weil das Haus ist ziemlich groß ist: Wir haben 3 Badezimmer, 2 Küchen und eine Essecke, in der man gut auch mal einen WG-Abend machen kann, und wir dürfen den Garten mitbenutzen.
Since I‘ll be doing an internship in Hamburg, I’m looking for a nice girl who will rent my room for half a year and who hopefully will love it as much as I do. You can stay until the end of August or the end of September. The room is 13 m² in size, has it’s own sink and due to two big windows it’s pleasantly bright. It is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a bookshelf.
On the ground floor of the house and partly in the basement, there is the office of our landlords‘ company. On the first and second floor is us living: 10 students. Living with this many people is pretty relaxed, because of the size of the house: We have 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a dinette that is perfect for having community. Additionally, we are allowed to use the garden.
Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die an der Hochschule Reutlingen studieren, aber nicht abseits von allem anderen in der Stadt leben wollen. Zur Hochschule sind es sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Bus 10 Minuten, in die Innenstadt ist man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten geradelt. Ich selbst pendle jeden Tag mit dem Zug an die Uni in Tübingen und brauche mit Bahn und Bus ca. 40 Minuten. Um die Ecke befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man in die Innenstadt fahren kann und ca. fünf Minuten fußläufig fahren die Linien zur Hochschule. Zum Einkaufen sind Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Edeka und diverse Bäcker innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The house is situated perfectly for those who study at the University of Applied Science in Reutlingen and want to live close to the town centre at the same time. By bike or bus it takes 10 minutes going to the university, into town you cycle about 5-10 minutes. I myself commute by train to the University in Tübingen and it takes me 40 minutes door to door. Around the corner there is a bus stop from where you can take the bus to the town centre, and 5 minutes away there depart the lines to the university. Concerning supermarkets, you reach Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Edeka and several bakeries within 5-15 minutes on foot.
Wir sind zu zehnt und der perfekte Mix zwischen klassischer WG und Wohnheim. Wenn du zu gemeinsamen Aktionen aufgelegt bist, findest du immer jemanden, der sich dir begeistert anschließt. Andererseits vereinsamt auch niemand, wenn du ein stiller Typ bist oder einfach mal deine Ruhe brauchst. Wir versuchen, hin und wieder einmal etwas mit allen zusammen zu unternehmen, aber oft sind es kleinere Gruppen, die sich zum gemeinschaftlichen Kochen, Sport oder Weggehen treffen – je nachdem, wer gerade Zeit und Lust hat.
We are in 10 and in my opinion this is the perfect mix of a classical shared flat and a dormitory. If you are up to community actions, you will always find someone to join in. But if you need your own space, no one will get lonely just because you are not around. We try to get all together from time to time, but usually it’s smaller groups who cook together, do sports, go out, … - depending on who is available and willing to hang out.
