Gemütliches, möbliertes Zimmer in einer frisch renovierten WG zur Untermiete

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Ringelbach und ist in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Man ist zum einen schnell an der Hochschule und braucht zum anderen auch nicht lange in die Innenstadt.

Die Buslinie 6 und 8 zur Innenstadt sind nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt und die Buslinie 4 zur Hochschule nur 8min.

Ein Penny liegt direkt vor der Tür, Lidl und Aldi nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe von der WG ist die Post und eine Apotheke auch zu finden.

Die Markwasen ist sehr nah und eignet sich perfekt für ein Picnic oder Volleyball-match mit Freunden. Auch der Weg zum Freibad ist nicht weit.

The apartment is located in Ringelbach, a very peaceful area between the city and the university (both of which are not too far away).

Busses 6 and 8 to the city are only 3mins away by foot and bus 4 to the university only 8mins away.

A Penny is directly infront of our door and Lidl and Aldi are only 5mins away by foot. You can also find a postoffice and a pharmacy in the area.

The Markwasen park is really near and is perfect for picnics or volleyball matches with your friends. You can also enjoy the public pool in the summer (which I highly recommend).

Außer mir, wohnen momentan noch vier andere in der WG. Zwei von denen werden allerdings auch bald ausziehen und daher wird die WG wieder gemischt.

Deine Mitbewohnerin Alex macht ihre Ausbildung im Krankenhaus und man kann sich gut mit ihr unterhalten oder mit ihr feiern.

Dein anderer Mitbewohner Samy ist berufstätig und ganz ruhig, ist aber meistens nicht da.

Besides me, there are four others living in the flat share at the moment. However, two of them will move out soon and therefore the WG will be mixed again with new flatmates.

Your roommate Alex is doing her apprenticeship in the hospital. You can have nice talks with her or go partying on the weekends.

Your other roommate Samy is working full-time and is a chill person to be around with but is usually not there.

Noch zu der Wohnung: alles wurde im Februar neu renoviert.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit zwei großen Kühlschränken, einem Induktionsherd und einer Spülmaschine.
Ein kleines Esszimmer befindet sich neben der Küche und ein Balkon ist im Sommer zu genießen.

Außerdem wird die Wohnung jede Woche von Reinigungskräften geputzt, sodass du dich nur um dein Zimmer kümmern musst ;)

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen auch im Keller zur Verfügung.

More about the apartment: everything was newly renovated in February.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (2 big fridges, an electric stove and a dishwasher). There is also a small dining room next to the kitchen and a small balcony to enjoy at the end of the hallway.

Furthermore, the apartment is cleaned every week by a cleaning service so that you only have to take care of your room ;)

There is also a washing machine and dryer available in the basement.
