Ich suche ab den 1. Mai (1. Juni auch möglich) eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Am besten ist das Zimmer für Wochenendpendler geeignet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Reutlingen Sondelfingen. Sie ist 70 qm groß (2.5 Zimmer) und besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Vermietendes Zimmer (siehe Bild), Badezimmer, Küche und einen großen Balkon. Sie ist hell und geräumig. Dazu gehört ein großer Keller plus ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Wenn möglich weiblich im Alter von 20-30 Jahren.
Ich hab nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht und wohne sehr gerne dort. Bushaltestelle sowie Lebensmittelgeschäft sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Lage in Sondelfingen ist sehr sehr ruhig.
Zu mir: Ich bin w. 20 und wohne seit Juli 2017 in der Wohnung.
