Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken und entspricht einem typischen Altbau. Es hat drei große Fenster mit Rollläden.
Außerdem ist ein Erker enthalten, was ziemlich cool als Chillecke o.A. genutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Ansonsten besteht die WG aus den 3 Zimmern der anderen Mitbewohner, einer Küche die gleichzeitig, der Gemeinschaftsraum ist, einem Bad und einer seperaten Toilette.

The room has high ceilings and corresponds to a typical old building. It has three large windows with shutters. It also has a bay window, which is pretty cool to use as a chill-out corner or similar.
The room is unfurnished. Otherwise, the flat-share consists of the 3 rooms of the other flatmates, a kitchen that is also the common room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Zu Fuß geht man ca. 4 min in die Fußgängerzone im Stadtkern. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der nächsten Parallelstraße 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wer zur Hochschule muss, kann entweder den Bus, das eigene Auto, das Fahrrad oder sonstiges verwenden. Mit dem Bus fährt man ca 15min zur Hochschule, mit dem Fahrrad fährt man ca. 12-15 min.

It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone in the city centre. Public transport is a 2 min walk away in the next parallel street. The main railway station is about 5 minutes away on foot. If you need to get to the university, you can either take the bus, your own car, bicycle or other means of transport. It takes about 15 minutes by bus to get to the university, and about 12-15 minutes by bike.
Du wirst 3 Mitbewohner haben. Stefan (18) arbeitet momentan in der Gastro und beginnt in naherZukunft eine Ausbildung. Er ist sehr musikbegeistert und spielt gerne Klavier. Vishal (24) arbeitet bei HugoBoss und spielt in seiner Freizeit Badminton und geht gerne wandern. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr angenehm und vertraut. Da jeder tagsüber ziemlich viel zu tun hat, trifft man sich hauptsächlich abends gemeinsam zum Kochen, quatschen oder auf ein Bier/ Wein. Außerdem haben wir einen Bierpong-Tisch, der gerne mal gemeinsam, aber auch privat genutzt wird (: Da jeder gut beschäftigt ist, ist es gar kein Problem, sich zurückzuziehen und mal Zeit für sich zu haben.
Da wir großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legen, gibt es einen Putzplan, in dem jeder eine Tätigkeit pro Woche zu erledingen hat.

You will have 3 flatmates. Stefan (18) currently works in gastronomy and will start an apprenticeship in the near future. He is very fond of music and likes to play the piano.
Vishal (24) works at HugoBoss and likes to play badminton and go hiking in his free time. Living together is very pleasant and familiar. Since everyone has a lot to do during the day, we mainly get together in the evenings to cook, chat or have a beer/wine. We also have a beer pong table, which we like to use together, but also privately. Since everyone is busy, it's no problem to withdraw and have time for yourself.
Since we attach great importance to cleanliness, we have a cleaning schedule in which everyone has to do one task per week.
