In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei.
Die Kaltmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 300€, dazu kommt eine Nebenkostenpauschale von 110€.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau und hat ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Die Lage im Zentrum Rheinfelden's ist ausgezeichnet. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in nur 5 min zu erreichen. Von dort gibt es Direktverbindungen zum Beispiel nach Basel (15 min) oder an die DHBW Lörrach. Alle Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Erholen lässt es sich sehr schön am Rhein, der sich auch in direkter Umgebung befindet.

The rent for the fully furnished room is €300, plus €110 costs for extras (water, heating etc.).
The light filled room is located in a renovated historic building in the centre of Rheinfelden. The room is on the first floor and includes a private wash basin. The location of the flat is excellent. Train station is within 5 min walking distance with fast connections to Basel (15 min) and Lörrach. In close proximity there are plenty of options to go shopping, to the supermarket, restaurants or for a walk along the Rhein to relax.
Our flat includes:
Kitchen including dishwasher.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Access to garden.
Sheltered bike rack.
On-street parking available.

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Rheinfelden, d.h. man kann super zu Fuß alles erledigen. Wenn man gerne joggt gibt es eine tolle Runde durch die Schweiz. Im Sommer sitzt man gerne am Insele und geht im Rhein schwimmen!
Wir sind eine nette gemischte Gruppe von Studenten und Berufstätigen und suchen einen neue/n Bewohner/in.
