Hi Ihr - Suche Euch/Dich in Rosenheim

Hallo ihr,

Ich bin Patrick (33) und würde gerne nach einigen Jahren in meiner eigenen Wohnung mal wieder in WG-Gefilde eintauchen. Ich bringe WG-Erfahrung mit, da ich lange in verschiedenen WGs gewohnt habe. Ich arbeite als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Uni im Bereich Bildungsforschung in einer Mischung aus Homeoffice und Büro.

Was ich suche? Einen netten Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin, maximal eine 3er WG. Ich finde es schön, abends mal zusammen zu kochen oder was zu trinken, ist aber auch kein Muss für mich. Ich bin auch offen fürs gemeinsame Praktizieren von Hobbies. Was ich da zb gerne mache ist Biken (Gravel, MTB, Rennrad), klettern oder in die Berge gehen. Ansonsten mache ich gerne Yoga und spiele E-und Akustik-Gitarre (nehme natürlich gerne Rücksicht bzgl Lautstärke und Zeiten).
Ich koche sehr gerne- oft auch vegetarisch, verzichte aber nicht komplett auf Fleisch.
Putzabsprachen und einen Sinn für Reinlichkeit in der WG finde ich wichtig, dann braucht es für mich auch nicht unbedingt einen Putzplan. Ich würde mich als rücksichtsvoll bezeichnen, und fände es cool, wenn in der WG keine regelmäßigen Partys stattfinden und wir uns informieren und fragen würden, wenn wir später am Abend Leute einladen möchten und es laut werden könnte. Ich bin keine Nachteule und stehe eher früher auf, bin also auch kein Partytier und wenn ich mal weg gehe passe ich auf, dass ich leise bin wenn ich zurück komme.

Zu meinem Umzug muss ich sagen, dass ich nicht innerhalb von zwei Wochen umziehen kann, sondern ca. 1-2 Monate Vorlauf brauche.

Hi,

my name is Patrick, 33 yrs old. I have been living in my own flat for some years and am now feeling like its time for me to live in a WG again. I have been living in quite a lot of WGs, so am experienced in this field. My work (partly HO, partly office) happens at the TU in the area of educationresearch.

What I am looking for a nice flatmate (male or female) and not more people than 3 in total. I like to cook together in the evening once in a while or to have a drink together. I like to go biking and hiking and am happy to share these hobbies, if we feel like it. What I also like to do is Yoga and to play the Guitar and sing (for sure I will respect times and volume).
I also like to cook (often vegetarian but not always) and I like to live in a clean flat. If you want we can make a Putzplan or if we are both respectful we can also do it without. I am not the party-guy and would be super happy if we could inform each other about inviting people later in the evening, so that we are all happy regarding noise etc.
