My landlady is looking for three more persons preferably students with income in a four room shared family home in Rossdorf. The apartment is located in a very nice and beautiful area. The apartment is recently been renovated. Please write me with small introduction about your self. The apartment is equipped with full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. But room's furnitures needed to arrange indivually.

4 rooms individually in a 102 square meter 4-room apartment on the first floor of a 3-family house.
The room sizes and prices are as follows:
1st room: Already rented by me.
2nd room: 15 sqm 320 € (with access to balcony and winter garden)
3rd room: 21 sqm 400 € (with access to balcony)
4th room: 29 sqm 460 € (with access to balcony and winter garden)
Additional costs: €70 each
Deposit: 3 cold rents each
A cellar compartment is available for the flat share and is included in the price. There is also space for a washing machine and dryer.
Lawn is usable.
A parking space can be rented for €50 or shared by the shared flat, e.g. for visitors.
