The two rooms are on different floors, one is positioned in the first floor and has a large window to the garden. You could use it as an office or anything else. It has about 9-10 qm. The main room is on the second floor and has about 17qm. It has direct access to the terrace and will come with the furniture you need (a bed, table and wardrobe).

- A small but really green garden, being a treat in those hot summer afternoons
The house is located in Roßdorf about 20 minutes away from the city center of Darmstadt via bus. Buses drive well until midnight, after that there are some nightbusses, but of course less often. The station is only 3 minutes away from the house. With a bike you can easily make it to the city center in 30 to 40 minutes.
The next village (Ober-Ramstadt) offers direct connection to Frankfurt.
A Lidl, two Edeka and a Rossmann are within walking distance and the woods and fields are also close by.
Already living here are Jan, Sandro and Linda. Linda lives with her two dogs on the first floor. She works as a research assistant on agriculture and loves to spend time in- or outside with the dogs as well as gardening work. The dogs are two cheerful little Spanish terrier, quite happy about any newcomer.
In the second floor, Sandro has his room. He spends some time with his daughter in Darmstadt and is doing lots of gardening and board games in his remaining spare time.
Jan is living on the topmost floor, under the roof. He is about to finish his PhD while working as a developer. He plays guitar and likes to go biking or running.
