I'm advertising on behalf of my housemate, who is looking to move out by october 2023.
This beautiful and spacious flat is located on the top floor of an old building. In the flat there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and balcony area with great views into the KTV.
The room itself has a wardrobe, bed and enough space for your own furniture or a desk. It's spacious and you're able to make it your own and into a cosy atmosphere.
Deutsch:
Auf dich wartet ein 15,5 qm großes Zimmer mit zwei großen Dachfenstern und zwei kleineren Fenstern. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert mit Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch, Doppelbett und einem großen Doppelschrank. Für die Abnahme der Möbel muss noch ein Ablöse abgegeben werden, die wir bei der Besichtigung besprechen.
Alle Möbel sind in einem super Zustand, was leider noch fehlt sind ein paar Pflanzen ;)
Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Keller und einen weiteren Abstellraum.
As the flat is located in the middle of the KTV, there are fantastic transport links to the rest of the city. It's around a 5 minute walk to the nearest Netto and then around 10 minutes to other supermarkets, such as Rewe.
As the flat is also located near the Doberaner Platz, there are also lots of gorgeous little cafe's to get a coffee in. It's around a 5 minute walk into the centre of Rostock, where the main shopping area is.

Die Wohnung ist in 5 min Entfernung vom belebten Stadthafen in Rostock und 3 min entfernt vom Doberanerplatz. Totzdem muss man sagen ist es in der Wohn sehr ruhig druch die umliegenden Häuser merkst du wenig von dem trubel in der KTV.
Die Südstadtbib erreichst du mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min.
Wenn du Einkaufen möchtest findest du wirklich alle Geschäfte (Bio oder Discount) in circa 5 min Fußweg Entfernung.
You would be sharing with an outgoing 31 year-old. I work for a tourist company, so will be travelling around Germany a lot. I'm very easygoing to live with and would happily love to cook, go out for a drink and chill with you. All costs for the flat are shared between the two of us equally.

Deine neue Mitbewohnerin wird Kat, die wohl freundlichste aufgeschlossenste Engländerin die du je treffen wirst. Kat ist vor circa 1 Jahr aus England nach Deutschland gezogen. Sie arbeitet für eine Sommerschool Camp und besonders über die Wintermonate Zuhause. Wir waren regelmäßig zusammen die Bars in der KTV endecken oder hatten auch mal ein paar nette Kochabende. Wenn wir mal Sachen für uns machen mussten, z.B. Uni-Zeug oder Arbeitskram haben wir immer eine Lösung gefunden, um den jeweils Anderen den Ruheraum in der WG zu bieten. Das WG-Leben ist extem rücksichtsvoll und hilfbereit mit Kat. Das beste ist du kommst mal vorbei ;)
The landlord is very communicative. As my flatmate is away a lot, you would be the main tenant on the contract and main contact for all bills. However, all bills and rent are shared completely equally.

Die gleichmäßige verteilung der Flächen macht es einfach mit der Kostenverteilung. Alle gemeinschaftskosten werden gleichmäßig geteilt. Da Kat in der Sommerzeit (circa 2,5 Monate) unterwegs ist, müsstest du die Organsiation der Miete übernehmen. Natürlch wärst du, wie auch Kat, im Mietvertrag einzuschreiben. Damit haben alle Seiten eine hohe Sicherheit.
Wie oben schon geschrieben ist der Mieter sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um die belangen.
Genau aus diesem Grund ist die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zusand.
Ich will jetzt hier nicht alles auflisten, aber du hast hier die Möglichkeit eine vollausgestattet Wohnung zu bekommen. Für das Inventar im Zimmer und die gemeinschaftlichen Möbel wäre ein Abschlag notwendig. Die genaue Summe dafür können wir im direkten Gespräch klären.
Die Möbel im Zimmer gehören dir dann natürlich auch.
