Das Zimmer geht nach osten, hat zwei große Fenster und ist sehr hell. Da es im Sommer an einigen Tagen recht warm werden kann, ist es besonders für Menschen geeignet, die kein Problem damit haben ihre Zimmertür nachts auch mal ein Stück weit aufzulassen, um Durchzug zu bekommen. Oder die hitzeresistent sind.
Es befinden sich im Zimmer ein kleines Regal und ein kleiner Schreibtisch (siehe Bilder).
The room has two windows facing east, it is flooded with light. Since it can get pretty warm on some days in summer, it is especially suited for people who feel comfortable to leave the door open a few inches, to benefit from the draft. Or for people resistant to heat.
The room is equipped with a small shelf and a desk (see pictures).
Sehr zentral. Verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten je ca 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. S-Bahn und Tram Station 4 min zu Fuß entfernt. Hauptbahnhof mit Öffis in 10 min erreichbar. Direkte Verbindung nach Warnemünde.

Ruhige WG. Mir ist rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben wichtig und eine gemeinsame Entscheidungsfindung bei WG-Angelegenheiten. Es ist eine vergleichsweise saubere WG, Badputzen abwechselnd ca ein Mal in der Woche. Exzessiver Alkoholkunsum ist in der Wohnung unerwünscht.
Gar kein Bock auf Rassismus, Homophobie oder anderen Schmutz!
Calm WG life style. Living together in a considerately way is very important to me and shared decision-making regarding the WG . It’s a pretty tidy WG, bathroom cleaning alternating approx. once a week. Excessive drinking of alcohol in the apartment is not welcome.

Hier wohnt auch ein kleiner Kater (7Jahre), namens Flocke. Er ist ganz lieb und schmusig. Zum größten Teil kümmere ich mich um katz, ich wünsche mir aber, das Futtergeben auch mal abgeben zu können, sollte ich zum Beispiel abends einen Termin habe (ca 2-3 Mal in der Woche) und meine Mitbewohner:in zu Hause sein.
Achtung: Ich suche nach einer FINTA*-Person als Mitbewohner:in.
There is also a small cat (7 years) living here, named Flocke. He is a cuddly darling. For the most part, I am taking care of Flocke, but I'm looking for someone who is willing to feed him, if I'm e.g. out for the evening (2-3 times a week) and my roommate would stay at home.
