Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 13qm klein aber fein, also genug Platz um alle nötigen Sachen unterzubringen. Falls der Platz aber nicht reicht, haben wir auch ein Kellerabteil :D Ansonsten hat das Zimmer recht große Fenster und ein großes Fensterbrett, wo du Pflanzen hinstellen kannst o.Ä. Die Möbel bleiben auch drin, wenn du die haben möchtest! Dazu gehören ein weißes Regal, ein weißer Kleiderschrank, ein weißer Schreibtisch und das Bett. Ansonsten verkaufe ich sie :)
Unsere Küche ist eher klein, dafür haben wir ein schönes großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne :) Die WG liegt im ersten Stock.

The room is quite small with 13qm but it still has a lot of space to store all the things you need! If not, we also have a cellar compartment :D Apart from that, the room has quite large windows and a large window sill where you can put plants or similar things. The furniture will also stay in there if you want it! This includes a white shelf, a white closet, a white desk and the bed. If you don't want them I will sell them.
Our kitchen is rather small, but we have a nice big bathroom with a bathtub :) The flat is on the second floor.
Die WG ist im Patriotischen Weg, also eine unschlagbare Lage in der KTV :) Alles was man braucht ist praktisch direkt vor der Haustür! Der Stadthafen beispielsweise ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, auch Kneipen und Bars sind nicht weit. Zum Ulmencampus kann man auch entspannt gehen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto, Rewe, ...) sind um die Ecke. Die Öffis sind ebenfalls in Reichweite, die Haltestelle Volkstheater ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

The flat is in Patriotischer Weg, which is an unbeatable location in the KTV :) Everything you need is practically on your doorstep! The city harbor, for example, is only a 3-minute walk away, and pubs and bars are not far either. You can also walk to the Ulmencampus and grocery stores (Lidl, Netto, Rewe, ...) are just around the corner. Public transport is also within easy reach, the stop "Volkstheater" is about 5 minutes away.
Zusammen leben wirst du mit Jeff (33) und Kaitlyn (20), die beide aus Südafrika kommen.Wir reden deswegen Englisch zuhause, aber keine Sorge, die beiden können auch sehr gut deutsch :) Jeff ist Englischlehrer und Kaitlyn macht eine Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin. Das WG Leben ist eher ruhig und entspannt, weil wir tagsüber alle recht beschäftigt sind aber wir quatschen gerne wenn es sich ergibt. Uns ist ein offener Umgang miteinander wichtig und Probleme direkt anzusprechen.

You will be living with Jeff (33) and Kaitlyn (20), who both are from South Africa. That's why we talk English at home, but don't worry, they can also speak German very well :) Jeff is an English teacher and Kaitlyn is training to be a physiotherapist. Life in the WG is rather quiet and relaxed because we are all quite busy during the day, but we like to chat when we get the chance. It's important for us to be open with each other and address problems directly.
Fürs Fahrrad gibt's draußen vor der Tür einige Fahrradständer zum Anschließen. Ansonsten haben wir auch einen Keller, wo du dein Fahrrad unterstellen kannst :) Parkmöglichkeiten fürs Auto sind eher spärlich (typisch KTV), da muss man teilweise ein bisschen suchen.

There are some bike stands outside the door where you can lock up your bike. We also have a basement where you can store your bike :) Parking for cars is rather limited (as is typical for KTV), so you may have to search a bit.
