ich suche hier eine/n Mitwbewohner/in für meine 2 Zimmer (59qm) Wohnung in der Friedrichstraße. (1 Minute zum Dobi und 5 Minuten in die Stadt)
Die Wohnung ist in Küche/Bad/Flur vollkommen ausgestattet.
Ich wohne in einer sanierten Altbauwohnung, somit hat sie auch ca 3,5m hohe Decken und große Fenster.
Das abzugebende Zimmer ist 4,2x2,6 groß, also knapp 11qm.
Mietpreis inkl. Strom und Internet sind 305,- €
Kurz zu meiner Person: Bin 22 Jahre alt, momentan in Ausbildung und kenne das WG-Leben bereits ausgiebig.
Suche somit auch Mitbewohner, die noch studieren oder selbst eine Ausbildung machen und etwa in meinem Alter sind +- 4Jahre :)
