Das Zimmer ist etwa 17 qm groß und hat einen rechteckigen Schnitt. Ein kleiner Balkon geht in den Hinterhof raus. Im Sommer kann man dort ziemlich lange die Sonne genießen 🌴

The room is about 17 sqm and has a rectangular layout. There is a small balcony overlooking the backyard and in summer you can sit back and enjoy the sun there the rest of the evening :)
I would like to leave some things here for a small transfer fee:

Top Lage!!
Alles super gut zu Fuß/Fahrrad oder den Öffentlichen zu erreichen. Die nächste Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Ulmencampus ist ebenfalls in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man ist super schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Hafen und auch an den Strand nach Warnemünde braucht man nur 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der direkten Umgebung --> Lidl, Penny, Edeka, Bäcker, Restaurants, Apotheke - alles was man braucht.

Everything is super easy to reach on foot/bicycle or by public transport. The nearest tram stop is a 3-minute walk. The Ulmencampus is also only a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the city center or the harbor very quickly and the beach in Warnemünde is only 20 minutes away by S-Bahn.
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity --> Lidl, Penny, Edeka, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy - everything you need.
Kurz zu mir:
Ich bin Selina und beende zu Ende März meine Master hier in Rostock, weshalb wir eine/n neue/n Hauptmieter*in für unsere WG suchen.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Itzel :) Sie ist 27 Jahre alt, kommt aus Mexico und studiert Computational Science an der Uni hier in Rostock. Sie spricht Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch und unternimmt super gerne was mit Freund*innen.
Sauberkeit und ein harmonisches Zusammenleben sind uns sehr wichtig. Wir haben häufig zusammen in der Küche oder einem unserer Zimmer gesessen und geplaudert, zusammen gekocht, Filme angeschaut oder sind zusammen feiern gewesen. Eine Zweck-WG ist nicht erwünscht.
Besuch ist selbstverständlich auch jederzeit herzlich Willkommen.

I'm Selina and I'm finishing my Master's here in Rostock at the end of March, which is why we're looking for a new main tenant for our shared flat.
Your future flatmate is Itzel. She's 27, comes from Mexico and studies Computational Science at the university here in Rostock. She speaks Spanish, English and German and loves doing things with friends.
Cleanliness and living together in harmony are very important to us. We often sat together in the kitchen or in one of our rooms and chatted, cooked together, watched movies or went partying together. A functional flat share is not desired.
Visitors are of course welcome at any time :)
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und eine kleine Küche, ausreichend zum kochen und Platz für zwei Personen.
