Die ersten beiden Bilder sind von deinem Zimmer. Von deinem Zimmer aus gelangst du in den Flur und in's Bad. Um in die Küche und auf den Balkon zu gelangen, musst du durch mein Zimmer hindurchgehen (Durchgangszimmer), dieses kannst du jederzeit tun, auch wenn ich schlafe.

Meine Mitbewohnerin (Italien) zieht nach einem Jahr wieder in ihre Heimat zurück.

Mietvertrag für 6 Monate oder 1 Jahr plus Option auf Verlängerung, solltest du länger bleiben wollen.

Du kannst mich gerne jederzeit alles fragen. Eine Besichtigung wäre ebenfalls jederzeit möglich.

In dem Mietpreis sind alle Kosten vorhanden, es fallen keine weiteren an. Inklusive WLAN, Disney +, Tageszeitung, Strom, Wasser

Ich bin oft auf Arbeit, im Fitnessstudio oder unterwegs, dadurch hast du die Wohnung des öfteren komplett alleine. Ich bin Nichtraucher.
