ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Wohnheimzimmer
in der Möllnerstr. 11, Haus 1 in Rostock Lichtenhagen
ab dem 01.04.2014 gerne aber auch früher. Das möblierte
Einbettzimmer ist ca.12qm groß und befindet sich in
einer 2er WG. Ein Bett, Schrank, Regal, Nachttisch, Schreib-
und Esstisch sind vorhanden. Eigene Möbel können aber gerne
mitgebracht werden.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 194.50€ (inkl. Kabelfernsehen und Datennetzzugang). Dazu kommt noch eine Kaution in Höhe
von 250,00€.
Das Bad besteht aus einer Dusche und einem WC.
Im Flur befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die viel Platz zum Kochen bietet. Im Wohnheim gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner (man muss sich also keine Waschmaschine etc. kaufen), Fahrradstellplätze und ein Fahrradraum.
Die Juristische Fakultät und Bibliothek ist gleich in der Nähe.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet der ca. 5 min Fußweg entfernte Warnow Park mit einer sehr schönen Flanier-Meile, Kino, Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Wohnheim hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die S-Bahn ist ebenfalls ca. 5 min Fußweg entfernt, mit ihr seid Ihr in 10 min in der Rostocker Innenstadt, und in 5 min am Strand und somit am Meer.

distance you can reach Warnow park as well as the promenade there with cinema,
restaurants and shops that offer good shopping possibilities. The city railroad is also
only approx. 8 walking minutes away. You can ge
t to the Rostock city centre within 10
min, and in 5 min you can reach the beach and sea.
