Das ist keine richtige WG - ich suche Nachmiete für ein Einzelzimmer im Studentenwohnheim. Ab Juli für den Rest des Semesters. Das Zimmer ist am 4. Etage und ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, und Regalen. Das Bad ist geteilt. Es gibt eine Küche für die Etage (Herde, Spülbecken und Kühlschränke) und Waschmaschine für das ganze Wohnheim. Das Zimmer ist vom Studentenwerk Rostock.
Studentisches Leben kurz zusammengefasst:
Etagenküchen; Waschmaschinenstützpunkt im Haus; Fahrradraum; Kabelfernsehen; Datennetzzugang; möblierte Zimmer;
Haus 1 saniert mit Einbettzimmer; vereinzelt Zweibettzimmer; DU/WC in der Wohneinheit; zum Teil Loggia;

I'm searching for someone who can move into my dorm room starting in July. The room is on the 4th floor and is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and shelving unit. The bathroom is shared. There's one kitchen for the floor (with stovetops, a sink, and refrigerators) and washing machines for the whole building. The room is rented out by Studentenwerk Rostock. Internet access is through the university and you need an ethernet cable (I can leave you mine). There are places to store your bike shielded by the weather. Cable TV available.
Das Studentenwohnheim liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuss von Haltestelle Lütten Klein (S-Bahn) oder 6 Minuten von Eutiner Strasse (Strassenbahn). Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe: 6 Minuten bis zu Lidl oder 10 Minuten bis zu Marktkauf (in Warnow Park). Penny und Aldi sind auch nicht so weit.
The dorm is 10 minutes walking from Haltestelle Lütten Klein (S-Bahn) or 6 minutes from Eutiner Strasse (Strassenbahn). Grocery shopping options: Lidl is 6 minutes away or Marktkauf is 10 minutes away. Marktkauf is part of Warnow Park, aka a shopping mall. Penny and Aldi aren't that far either. And the beach is a short bike ride away!
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine weibliche Studentin an der Uni Rostock. Sie ist eigentlich nicht oft da. Wir teilen nur das Bad.
