Das Zimmer mit Bett (200x140) ist ca. 14 Quadratmeter groß. Es ist frisch saniert, liegt nach hinten und ist sehr hell.
Ideal für Wassersportler: Am Ende der Straße ist ein Nebenarm der Warnow. Dort kann man zum Suppen/Paddeln einsteigen. Einen Bootsverleih gibt es in der Nähe.
Zu vermieten ist das Zimmer ab mindestens 4 Wochen. Eine Mietverlängerung ist möglich.
Internet gibt es über WLAN in der Wohnung.
In die City braucht man zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten, zur HMT ebenso. Die Discounter Lidl, Netto und Edeka liegen etwa 7 -10 Minuten entfernt. Zum Uni-Hauptgebäude sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten.
