Ich wohne gerade in einer 3 Raumwohnung und würde gerne ein Zimmer vermieten bis voraussichtlich Ende Oktober. Es kann aber das gerne abweichen. Kann evt. Verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung wurde sehr schön möbliert. In 5 Min zu Fuß erreichst du die Haltestelle Evershagen, mit einer Sbahn bist Du im Hbh in ca. 11 Minuten. Mit anderer bist Du in Warnemünde in ca. 11 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viel ( Kaufland, Lidl und Aldi) und die sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich studiere Informatik und schreibe gerade meine Bachelorarbeit, das heißt die Ruhe ist mir sehr wichtig, in der Nacht aber auch während Mittagsschlaf :)
Ich koche gerne, gerne essen und kaufen wir zusammen ein. Wichtig ist, kein Schweinfleisch (aus religiösen gründen)
Miete beträgt 300 Euro incl. Strom Heizung warm Wasser und Internet

The apartment is beautifully furnished. In 5 minutes on foot you reach the stop Evershagen, with a train you are in the central station in about 11 minutes. With another one you are in Warnemünde in about 11 Minutes.
There are many shops (Kaufland, Lidl and Aldi) and they are within walking distance.
I study computer science and am currently writing my bachelor thesis, that why, the peace is very important to me, at night but also during afternoon nap :)
I like to cook, like to eat and buy together. Importantly, no pork (because of religious reasons)
Rent is 300 euros incl. Electricity heating warm water and internet
