Hallo,
wir sind Christian und Max (25 und 21 Jahre) und suchen nach einer WG-Neugründung noch eine/n Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung ist 102 qm groß und verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen. Unten sind die Wohnküche (33 qm) mit Kamin und ein weiteres Zimmer sowie ein Gäste-WC. Im oberen Stock sind zwei Zimmer, das Bad und ein Abstellraum. Der große Dachboden (16 qm) kann von uns alleine genutzt werden.
Dein Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 17 qm, wobei allerdings Dachschrägen vorhanden sind. Der Raum besitzt zwei Giebelfenster mit Blick auf die Warnow.
Da die Wohnung über einen Makler gefunden wurde, müsstest du dich mit 535 Eur an der Provision beteiligen.
