Die Wohnung verfügt über ein sehr großzügiges Bad (Toilette / Dusche / 1 x Waschtisch / Waschmaschine ) und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.
Es ist kein TV vorhanden.
Parkplätze stehen kostenlos am Objekt zur Verfügung.
Besichtigungstermine können vereinbart werden.
Es gibt Hausregeln welche die Veranstaltung von ständigen Feierlichkeiten (keine Party WG) untersagen.
Ansonsten kann man sich nur wohlfühlen in dieser gepflegten WG.
