Das 12m² Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, Tisch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Telefon, Regal und zwei Stühlen komplett ausgestattet. Möbel die man nicht braucht können auch beim Hausmeister abgegeben werden. Es befindet sich auf der Hinterseite des Gebäudes, dank den großen Fenstern hat man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und den ganzen Tag lang Sonnenschein. Es gibt kostenloses Internet für Studenten der Uni Rostock.
In der Wohnung befinden sich drei weitere Zimmer, von denen momentan zwei leer stehen, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Duschbadewanne und ein separates WC.
Das Gebäude hat einen Fahrradkeller, zwei Fahrstühle und eine Wäschekammer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

The 12m² room is furnished with a bed, table, desk, closet, landline, shelf, and two chairs. Unneeded furniture can be dropped off with the janitor. The room is located on the back side of the building, and thanks to its big windows, has a nice view and sunshine all day long. There’s free internet for students of the University of Rostock.
There are three other rooms, two of which are currently, empty, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a separate toilet in the apartment.
The building has a bike room, two elevators, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Das Wohnung ist im 3. Stock. Das Gebäude befindet sich an der Kreuzung der Erich-Schlesinger und Albert Einstein Straßen im nördlichen Teil der Südstadt; der Ulmencampus, das Uniklinikum und alle Südstadt Campus Gebäude (auch die Bib und Mensa) kann man zu Fuß in unter 15 Minuten erreichen. Bushaltestellen sind auch gleich um die Ecke, die Mensa Einstein ist direkt nebenan. FitX, Kaufland, Netto und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind nur einen kurzen Gehweg entfernt.

The apartment is on the third floor. The building is located at the intersection of Erich-Schlesinger-Straße and Albert-Einstein-Straße in the northern part of the Südstadt neighborhood. You can walk to the Ulmencampus, the university hospital, and all Südstadt campus building (including the dining hall and library) in less than 15 minutes. Bus stops are just around the corner, and the Einstein dining hall is right next door. FitX (gym), Kaufland & Netto (grocery stores), and the tram station are just a short walk away.
Das Gebäude ist in vierer WGs unterteilt und wird wie ein Wohnheim verwaltet. Das heißt, jeder schließt seinen eigenen Mietvertrag ab und man lebt in einer Zweck WG. Man behandelt sich mit Respekt, aber es besteht kein Druck, Freundschaften zu schließen. Momentan lebt eine junge Frau in dieser Wohnung, mit der ich mich gut verstanden habe. Sie wohnt seit mehreren Jahren hier, hält die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sauber und ist generell eine angenehme Mitbewohnerin. Unsere andere Mitbewohnerin ist vor ein paar Wochen ausgezogen und hat fünf Jahre lang hier gelebt.

The building is split into four-person shared apartments and works similarly to a dorm. Everyone has their own lease. Roommates treat each other with respect, but there’s no pressure to form friendships. Right now, a girl who I've gotten along well with lives in this apartment. She's lived here for several years, keeps the common areas clean, and is generally a pleasant roommate. Our other roommate moved out a few weeks ago after living here for five years.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter, idealerweise zum 1.9. oder 15.9. Mein Mietvertrag kann nach einem Jahr zum ersten Mal gekündigt werden, außer man hat einen Nachmieter.
