I am a student from China and I will study Electrical Engineering in Universitaet Rostock. Since I need to spend 2 years in Rostock, I need to rent a flat in long term. It will be best that the room has some basic furniture, like bed, table and chair. Also , I need to register in the Immigration Office, so I need to sign a contract and a “Wohnungsgeberbestaetigung" with the landlord. "Zwischen:" is not the kind flat that I need.
