Medical Student looking for a Room

My name is Ayham Alyousbashi, I am 26 y/o. I am currently living in Syria. I am expected to arrive in Germany on the 1st of August 2021. I will be holding a national visa in accordance with the § 16d Residence Act, and I intend on working to attain a certificate in Medical terminology, and continue my training as a doctor.

I think that I will be a good roommate/tenant for the following reasons:
1. For most of my time I will be busy studying, which means that I won't be noisy, or cause any trouble to my roommates.
2. I don't smock, and I don't own a pet.
3. All my documents are legal and were checked by the German Embassy, including Bank statements, "Defizitbescheid" issued by the "State Office for Health and Social Affairs". which can be included if requested.

I am expected to be in Rostock on the 1st of August around 17:00, and I would be pleased "in case you accept me as a tenant" to have an appointment any day after that time.
