The room will be fully furnished with a "princess on the pea" - bed (2 mattresses, a slatted frame and a new mattress on top), a desk including a chair, a big cubboard, 2 wall shelves and 2 couches. It has 2 big windows facing the south.
The rest of the flat is furnished with a dining-table, 4 chairs (and some spare ones), has a very well equipped kitchen, shared storage places, a cellar for bicycles, a bathing tub, a washing machine, a dishwasher and is relatively bright with a cute little balcony.
Kiebingen is a small town inbetween Rottenburg and Tübingen, very quite and close to nature but still well connected to both cities - every 20 mintues there's a train leaving to both and only takes about 6 minutes to reach either city. The train station is about a 5 minute walk away, the bus station as well but the busses take a little longer. There's also a "Tante M" - store nearby which is open 24/7 and has everything one needs for daily shopping. The Neckar is closeby for a swim, there are great trails to bike or hike - e.g. the Wurmlinger Chapel.
In front of the house there are many free parking spots.
We are a quiet, chilled and friendly WG who likes to hang out together but also enjoy their privacy. If interested we could cook together, watch a movie or go out.
We have a cleaning plan and cleanliness is very important to us. We share the responsibilities for bills like Wifi, garbage and electricity.
