The house has four individual rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining hall, guest room and a huge balcony. Other facilities such as Washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fries machine and Juice maker are also available.
One room is available for rent from 4th May, 2017. The room is fully furnished and has a bed, cupboard, study table, mirror, table lamps and desk.
Location: The bus stop "Aulhausen Sportplatz" is just next to house while the nearest train station is Assmanshausen Bahnhof" which is only 2 km away from the house. It takes only 15 minutes to reach EBS Business School by car and 30 minutes by public transport.
The shopping district is 4 km from the house. Stores such as Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Dm are located next to each other at Europestrasse, Rudesheim.
The current flatmates are from India and are studying at EBS Business School, Oestrich-Winkel. Those students will be preferred who are studying in nearby universities in Geisenheim and Oestrich-Winkel and for business people working in Rudesheim or Wiesbaden.

There are 3 Indian students studying at EBS university for business and law and are a very friendly and cooperative bunch of individuals. The house consists of three floors with two rooms on the first and second floor. The room available is on the first floor and has a beautiful view of the mountains with continuous sunlight during the day.
