mein Mann und ich suchen für die in unserem Haus integrierte, vollmöblierte 3 Raumwohnung (ca. 92 m²) mit separatem Eingang zwei nette, sympathische Mieter. Die Wohnung liegt in Vilmnitz ca. 1 km von Lauterbach und 2 km von Putbus entfernt, wo
es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. In der Wohnung wohnt bisher noch niemand, auch wenn das oben bei den WG Infos systembedingt so angegeben ist.
Sie besitzt 2 separate Schlafzimmer (18 m² + 23 m²), ein großes Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer, eine große gemütliche Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar hell und im Winter kuschelig warm. Machen Sie sich am besten von den eingestellten Fotos ein eigenes Bild. Wir freuen uns über Ihr Interesse.

Vilmnitz ist ca. 1 km von Lauterbach und 2 km von Putbus entfernt. Einkaufs- und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten, Schulen, Ärzte, etc. sind in Lauterbach und Putbus zahlreich vorhanden. Zu erwähnen ist außerdem, dass Putbus mit seinem Schlosspark, der Orangerie und dem einzigen Theater auf Rügen als das kulturelle Zentrum der Insel bekannt ist.
