Wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche mit Balkon und Speisekammer, zwei Bäder und einfach echt viel Platz. Du kannst dich hier also gerne ausbreiten ;) Im Hof und im Keller hast du die Möglichkeit dein Rad abzustellen.

The high ceilings and real wooden floor give the room a cozy feel and a classic old-building charm. The room faces south, so you have plenty of light in the room all day long.
We have a huge living room, a large kitchen with a balcony and pantry, two bathrooms, and simply a lot of space. So you're welcome to spread out here ;) You can park your bike in the courtyard and the cellar.
Unsere WG befindet sich in einem Altbau. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß liegt die Saarbahnhaltestelle Uhlandstrasse. Edeka, Lidl, Aldi und der Staden sind direkt um die Ecke und zum Markt sind es nur 10 min. Super Lage also!

Our flatshare is located in an old building. The Uhlandstrasse railway station is a two-minute walk away. Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, and Staden are just around the corner and the market is only 10 minutes away.
Mit dir wohnen werden Hanna, Roshni, Pengyuan, Irena und Benni.
Alle sind Mitte/Ende 20 bis 30 Jahre alt und gehen den verschiedensten Dingen nach.
Hanna promoviert im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Irena studiert Psychologie, Roshni arbeitet auch an ihrer Promotion, Pengyuan studiert BWL und Benni promoviert in Sportwissenschaft.
Wir treffen uns meist abends in der Küche, unternehmen manchmal was zusammen oder haben gemeinsame spontane Kochabende.
Untereinander verstehen wir uns alle gut, es herrscht eine lockere und harmonische Atmosphäre. Damit auch alles friedlich und sauber bleibt, gibt es einen Putzplan, der jeder*m wöchentlich eine Aufgabe zuteilt.
Außerdem wäre es gut, wenn Dein Englisch gut genug ist, um Dich zu unterhalten, da nicht alle in der WG deutsch sprechen.

You will live with Hanna, Roshni, Pengyuan, Irena, and Benni.
They are all in their mid/late 20s to 30s and are doing all sorts of different things.
Hanna is doing a PhD in natural sciences, Irena is studying psychology, Roshni is also working on her PhD, Pengyuan is studying business administration, and Benni is doing a PhD in sports science.
We usually meet in the kitchen in the evenings, and sometimes we do something together or have spontaneous cooking evenings together.
We all get on well with each other and there's a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. To keep everything peaceful and clean, a cleaning schedule assigns everyone a weekly task.
It would also be good if your English is good enough to communicate, as not everyone in the flat share speaks German.

In der Miete sind schon alle Kosten (inkl. WLAN, GEZ-Gebühren und weiteres) inbegriffen, sowie ein 10 Euro Puffer pro Person, falls mal etwas kaputt gehen sollte. Den Allgemeineinkauf (Klopapier, Putzmittel, Bratöl, Gewürze usw..) verrechnen wir über die App Splitwise.

The rent already includes all costs (incl. WiFi, GEZ fees and more), as well as a 10 euro buffer per person in case something breaks. General shopping (toilet paper, cleaning products, frying oil, spices, etc.) is charged via the Splitwise app.
