Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und bis zum 1. September 2023 Praktikant am HIPS. Ich komme aus China und habe meinen Bachelor-Abschluss gemacht, dann habe ich bereits 2 Jahre in Frankreich studiert, wo ich einen Master-Abschluss in Chemie mache. Dieses Praktikum ist ein Pflichtpraktikum, das von meiner Schule verlangt wird. Ich werde nicht zu Hause von 9.00 bis 18.00 Uhr an Wochentagen. Ich spreche Englisch, Französisch und Chinesisch und ich bin bereit, Freunde zu machen. Also suche ich jetzt eine Wohnung, die eine gute Anbindung an den Campus hat, was ich für die Routine brauche. Ich möchte mich in meiner Freizeit mit meinen Mitbewohnern unterhalten, aber ich möchte auch, dass die Wohnung schallisoliert ist, damit ich eine ruhige Umgebung habe, wenn ich allein bin. Die Wohnung muss mit einer Küche und einfachen Möbeln ausgestattet sein. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum könnte flexibel sein (vom 09.05 - 01.09). I am 24 years old, an intern student at HIPS until 1st Sep 2023. I come from China and got my bachelor's degree, then I have already studied in France for 2 years where I study for a master's degree in chemistry. This internship is mandatory that required by my school. I will not at home from 9.00 to 18.00 on weekdays. I speak English, French and Chinese and I am willing to make friends. So now I am looking for a residence of any kind, it needs to have a good connection to the campus, which is what I need for routine. I would like to talk to my flatmates in my free time, but I would also like the flat to be soundproofed so that I can have a quiet environment when I am alone. The house needs to be furnished with kitchen and basic furniture. The move in and move out date could be flexible, (from 9th May to 1st Sep).
