In unserer schönen Haus-WG mit großem Garten und Lagerfeuerplatz haben wir ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete zu vergeben.

In our nice house sharing community with a big garden and a campfire place we have a rooms available for rent. It is located in the ground floor and has a window facing the garden. It can be used with or without furnitures. In the basement and the garage you have space for your stuff, if you don' t like to have it in your room.
Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung im Grünen am Fuße des Gaisbergs im schönen Aigen.
Die Bushaltstelle zum O-Bus 7 (direkte Verbindung in die Stadt) ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
In jeder Richtung sind Supermärkte in 5-minütiger Entfernung mit dem Fahrrad.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du vom Haus aus in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Our house is located in a calm area of Salzburg called Aigen, surrounded by nature and directly below the mountain Gaisberg.
The closest bus stop is a 10 minutes walk and offers you a direct connection to the city center (O-Bus number 7).
Several supermarkets are attainable within a 5 minutes bike-ride.
Going to the city center by bike takes around 20 minutes.
Wir – Dio, Tscho und Caro – studieren bzw. sind berufstätig und suchen eine Vierte im Bunde.
Caro ist Logopädin und liebt alles, was sich draußen so anstellen lässt und ist viel unterwegs, Malin ist die Artistin im Bunde und Dio und Tscho arbeiten als Sozialpädagogen, wobei Dio derzeit zudem auch die Uni beendet. Beide lieben es Musik zu machen und an den Abenden gemeinsam im Keller zu jammen. Wir sind alle viel unterwegs, aber sitzen auch gern bei einem Bier zusammen oder kochen gemeinsam. Der wichtigste Punkt im Zusammenwohnen ist für uns ein offenes und sauberes Haus.
We – Caro, Dio and Tscho - are studied or employed.
Caro works as a speech therapist and loves everything that can be done outdoors, Malin ist the artist in the house and Dio and Tscho work as social pedagogs, while Dio is also finishing his university. Both love playing music in the evening together in the basement. Everybody of us is very active and not that often at home, but in case of, we like to have a beer or diner together.
The most important aspect for her in communal life is having an open and clean house.
We wish for an openhearted woman who is ready to engage in our little adult community.
In unserem großen Garten gibt es bereits Beete, die gerne bepflanzt und beerntet werden dürfen. Alle notwendigen Werkzeuge sind vorhanden. Ansonsten wohnen bei uns noch vier Hühner und ein Kater.

There are already beds in our garden ready to grow and harvest veggies. We have all the necessary tools. Four chickens live in our garden and a cat in our house.
