Gesamt Miete inklusive Betriebskosten, Internet, Gas, Strom ist €515 (Miete €351,19 + Salzburger AG €79 + Betriebskosten und Gastherme Wartung €82 + €2,81 Versicherung für unerwartete Kosten). Kaution €500. Wir suchen jemanden für Anfang Juli.
Ich (Hana) bin 33, ich arbeite und habe vor ein zweites Studium abzulegen, und der Philipp ist wird am Landestheater arbeiten.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert.

Hi! We are looking for a new housemate for our shared apartment in Getreidegasse! We are looking for a respectful and kind housemate, who also likes to keep things clean and tidy. No parties, no smoking. Total rent including gas, electricity, internet, utility bills is €515 (Rent €351,19 + Salzburger AG €79 + utility bill €82 + Insurance €2,81). The caution is €500. We are looking for someone to move in at the beginning of July.
