Ein großes gemütliches Zimmes im Herzen Salzburgs!
Ich möchte ich mein Zimmer für die letzten 2 Februar Wochen untervermieten.
Das Zimmer bietet durch genug Platz für alle Lebensbereiche. Es ist 21m2 groß und bietet genug Platz für alle deine Habsehligkeiten.
Die Möbel würden alle im Zimmer bleiben.
Unsere Wg Küche ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber dafür groß und man kann sich gemütlich zusammensetzen zum quatschen. Bad und Klo sind getrennt, was in einer Wg wirklich sehr praktisch ist.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und kostet 40 cent pro Waschgang. Auch ein Trockenraum zum Aufhängen der Wäsche ist unten.
A large cozy room in the heart of Salzburg! I would like to sublet my room for the last 2 weeks of february. The room offers enough space for all areas of life. It is 21m2 and has enough space for all your belongings. The furniture would all stay in the room. Our shared kitchen is a bit older, but large and you can sit down comfortably to chat. Bathroom and toilet are separate, which is really very practical in a shared flat. The washing machine is located in the basement and costs 40 cents per wash. There is also a drying room downstairs for hanging the laundry.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Franz Josef Straße unweit der Linzer Gasse. Wir liegen dadurch sehr zentral jedoch weit genug entfernt für die Touristenströme. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.
Die Obusse 2 und 4 sind fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der Mirabellplatz mit all ihren Verbindungen ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Man braucht zum Mozarteum 5 Minuten, das Sead ist 10 Minuten entfernt und die Salzach auch in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Rundum hat man die beste Auswahl an Lokalen, Restaurants und der Bahnhof ist fußliegend auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Zentraler geht es kaum!
The apartment is located on Franz Josef Straße not far from Linzer Gasse. We are therefore very central but far enough away for the tourist crowds. The location could not be better.
The trolleybuses 2 and 4 are within walking distance in 2 minutes. The mirabellplatz with all its connections is less than 5 minutes away. It takes 5 minutes to get to the Mozarteum, the Sead is 10 minutes away and the Salzach is also a 5 minute walk. All around you have the best selection of pubs, restaurants and the train station is also very easy to reach on foot. It could hardly be more central!
Julie, Tim und Bestin bleiben in der Wg. Julie ist die Hälfte der Woche in der Heimat und Tim hin und wieder mal beruflich unterwegs, aber ansonsten sind wir eine sehr soziale WG, ob mal um die Häuser ziehen, gemeinsam kochen oder sich zusammensetzen, alles ist möglich. Aber sich auch im Zimmer zurückzuziehen ist kein Problem. Wir hatten bis jetzt immer Glück und sehr gemütliche und lustige Personen in der Wg.
Falls du dich angesprochen fühlst, schreib einen kleinen Text bei dem du dich vorstellst…auch videotelefonieren möglich. Das Wg Leben ist sehr unkompliziert. Je nachdem wie wir Lust haben, hängen wir gemeinsam in der Küche ab, trinken auch mal Bier oder Wein. Je nachdem wie es passt gehen wir auch mal in die umliegende Lokale um gemeinsam Bier/Wein zu trinken. Freunde oder Übernachtungsgäste sind immer willkommen und wir sind sehr offen mit unserer Kommunikation.
Julie, Tim and Bestin will stay in the apartment. Julie is at home half of the week and Tim is away for work every now and then, but otherwise we are a very social flat, whether moving around the houses, cooking together or sitting down, everything is possible. But also withdrawing in the room is no problem. We have always been lucky and very cozy and funny people in the apartment.
Living in the shared flat is very uncomplicated. Depending on how we feel like it, we hang out together in the kitchen, sometimes drink beer or wine. Depending on how it fits, we also go to the surrounding restaurants to drink beer/wine together. Friends or overnight guests are always welcome and we are very open with our communication.
