For girls/women wondering if its a good idea to live with two guys: I'm female myself and always felt super comfortable living with these two sweethearts (I know they’ll love me calling them that lol)
Hello homeless person, leaving Salzburg wont be easy for me, especially because of my beloved flatmates, aaand the room is also really nice ;)
So are you ready to join the adventure?
Luki(26) and Luca(26) (no this isn’t a joke, yes it’ll be continuously confusing) are great to hangout with, but also have lots of activities they enjoy in their free time, like skiing, video games and sometimes skating. Luca gets his guitar out occasionally and Luki is an amazing DJ (so you shouldn’t mind the occasional downtempo, ambient and sometimes funky techno tunes that my find their way into your room and ears). Both are working full time, with about 2-3 days home-office each week, so there's usually someone at home. Still, it's very much student lifestyle vibes in this flat.
It will be much appreciated if you like to socialise and are up for some fun and/or stupid ideas, but of course personal time is mutually respected.
Keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy is generally agreed to be a worthy effort, also straight forward communication should be the base of finding a harmonious dynamic in which everyone feels at home and has their needs met.
There is no living room, but each room is super large, so we just take turns and chill in each other's spaces. We’re often happy to invite guests over, and every now and then someone leaves for a trip, so you’ll have busy as well as more quiet periods in this flat.
The area is just perfect, very central, not too touristy but 2-mins walking to get to the old town (Linzergasse). Many shops and restaurants are close by, as well as the Kapuzinerberg, when you need a quick breather from the town.
The landlord is super chill, bathroom and Toilet are separated, there is a dishwasher and a laundry-machine (in the cellar). Also a room for storing the bike is there and if you like, you can also buy my bike, btw ;)
Furniture is subject to discussion, some will stay some might go.
