Hello,
I am moving out of Salzburg and from my pretty bright room, therefore I am searching for new people who might be interested in taking it over. I am giving it up with all the furniture that is available with a negotiable price.
You will share the flat with Abel, 27, a very cool master student in Screenplay writing. He is very nice, easygoing person, very respectful and very clean.

The moving in date is flexible starting 1st of November.
The flat is located very close to the city center of Salzburg:
-10 Minutes by walk from Mozarteum and Mirabell Gardens.
-Right next to the Salzach river and Saint-Julien street.
-Walking distance from almost every place in the city center.
-10 Minutes by walk to Salzburg main train station and Spar.
-5 Minutes to Kiesel (with Billa and many bus lines)
Rent is 540 Euro all inclusive (you have free access to the gym and sauna, music room and bike storage).
The building belongs to a company called "die WG".
