The 70mq apartment is located on the second floor (no lift). It is freshly renovated and I am the first tenant living in it. The flat consists of two bedroom, one dining/living room and one bathroom.
The 15mq. room is the biggest. It is already furnished with:
- Bed with 3 drawers, it can be either single or double (mattress is included);
- Spacious desk with an office chair (monitor not included);
- Two shelving units;
- A shoe organizer.
The flat is facing east, therefore you will have bright mornings and good lighting all day.
The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped and a dishwasher is available.
The bathroom has a big shower, a washing machine and excellent underfloor heating which is perfect to hang washed clothes after laundry.
There is limited parking space but it is possible to park a car in the closest (100m) shopping center.
All costs are included (heating, electricity, wifi, etc.)
The flat is located in Eichstraße, right in front of Sterneckstaße.
The Salzburg Gnigl train station is 4 minutes on foot.
Within 100m you will have:
- Bus 2, 10, 12 and 4;
- Small shopping center (pharmacy, supermarket, etc.);
- Two gyms;
- More than one supermarket.
The city center is 1km away, ca. 20m on foot.
The Autobahn is 10 minutes by car.
You will share the flat only with another person.
I moved to Salzburg from Italy last year to start working in an international company.
I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful of others and possibly a worker (to have the same lifestyle). I am working from home three days per week.
My hobbies are going to the gym, playing and watching football, cooking and watching TV series and movies.
I am a quiet person who also likes to dine with others or spend time together.
Common areas are usually cleaned once per week.
Registration is possible.
No pets.
No smoking at all.
No parties.
