We are looking for a nice flatmate!
From January 2017 we rent a 12m², bright room in our 2er flat share. The apartment has a common kitchen, bathroom (with bath and washing machine) and separate toilet. The kitchen is still relatively new and equipped with all necessary. The apartment also includes a bike parking lot and a large cellar compartment.
We are not a purpose- WG, do a lot together and look for a fun, nice flatmate! The university can be reached by bicycle in about 5 minutes.
The bus stop (number 3) is 50 meters away and Forum shopping center are just around the corner (5 minutes walk).
The rent includes:

The apartment is near the train station and it's very well connected to the rest of the city.
The room is nice and cozy. The apartment is on the 4th floor without lift, but the good thing that is really near to the lavatory room.
izling is quite and nice place near the train station and the beatifull Maria Plain
