Die 100m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3.Stock eines teilsanierten Altbaus. Es gibt neben einer gemütlichen Küche (die auch als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird) ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und eine separate Toilette. Das Zimmer ist ca. 21m² groß, hell, möbliert und hat zwei Fenster. Bett, Matratze & Regal würde Sarah gern für eine kleine Ablöse an ihre Nachmieterin weitergeben.

The 100m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a partly renovated old building. There is a comfortable kitchen (which is also used as a common room), a large, bright living room, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a separate toilet. The room is approx. 21m² large, bright, furnished and has two windows. Sarah would like to give the bed, mattress & shelf to her next tenant for a small fee.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. In nur 5 min. kommt man zum Bahnhof - von der Wohnung bis in die Altstadt benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 15min. Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Jazzit und Salzach sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar.

The apartment is very centrally located. In only 5 min. you can reach the train station - from the apartment to the old town you need about 15 min. on foot. Public transport, shopping facilities, Jazzit and Salzach are in close proximity.
Sarah hat nun ihr Studium in Salzburg abgeschlossen und wird uns daher leider verlassen.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Romana (33) und meiner Wenigkeit (25) teilen. Wir sind beide sehr liebe, hilfsbereite & aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeiten.
Zu Romana: Sie ist in der Gastronomie tätig, liebt die Natur, geht gerne raus, hört hauptsächlich Trance, kocht gerne und ist generell eher nachtaktiv.
Zu Chris: Ich arbeite als Software-Entwickler, liebe die Technik, bleibe grundsätzlich lieber zu Hause, höre vorwiegend Metal und zocke gerne.
Du siehst schon: wir sind zwei sehr unterschiedliche Individuen, verstehen uns aber dennoch bestens und kommen sehr gut miteinander aus. Am liebsten wäre uns außerdem wenn du planst mindestens 1 Jahr zu bleiben.
Was das WG-Leben betrifft - es sollte zwischenmenschlich einfach passen. Das und alles Weitere lässt sich am besten bei einem gemeinsamen Kaffe/Bier herausfinden.

Sarah has now completed her studies in Salzburg and will therefore unfortunately leave us.
You would share the apartment with Romana (33) and yours truly (25). We are both very dear, helpful & open-minded personalities.
About Romana: She is working in the gastronomy, loves nature, likes to go out, listens mainly to trance, likes to cook and is generally somewhat nocturnal.
About Chris: I am working as a software developer, love technology, usually prefer to stay at home, listen mainly to metal and enjoy playing video games.
As you can see, we are two very different individuals, nevertheless we understand each other and get along perfectly. We would also prefer if you plan to stay at least 1 year.
As far as the life in a shared flat is concerned - it should simply be a good interpersonal fit. This and everything else can best be found out by having a coffee/beer together.

Einmalige Kosten - Vertragsübernahmegebühr: 200€
Einmal jährlich - Gasthermenwartung ca. 135€ (wird durch 3 geteilt)
