Das Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich schön und hell. Sie werden einen Platz haben, um fernzusehen, zu trainieren (Yoga), zu studieren und zu chillen. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und ist nicht warm im Sommer. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt ist, dass unsere Straße wirklich ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine riesige Küche, ein schönes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer und drei Bäder (ein Bad, eine Toilette und ein Bad mit WC). Außerdem gibt es noch einen Abstellraum und einen Flur im Erdgeschoss, da sich die Wohnung im ersten Stock befindet.
Die meisten Fenster sind zum Hof gerichtet, was die WG ziemlich ruhig macht.

The bedroom is quite nice and bright. You will have a place to watch TV, work out (yoga), study and chill. The bedroom is big and is not warm in the summer. Another positive aspect is that our street is really quiet.
The flat has a huge kitchen, a nice and cosy living room and three bathrooms (one bathroom, one toilet and one bathroom with toilet). There is also a storage room and a hallway on the ground floor, as the flat is on the ground floor. Most of the windows face the courtyard, which makes the flat quite quiet.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten (5 Minuten mit dem Rad) zu erreichen. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Rad in 15 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar und Hofer) sind beide ebenfalls 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Stadtbahn Itzling ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Von da WG aus kann man perfekt zur Salzach gelangen und von dort aus einen schönen Spaziergang dem Fluss entlang Richtung Altstadt oder Richtung Maria Plan starten.

The main railway station is a 7-minute walk (5 minutes by bike). The old town is 15 minutes away by bike. Shopping facilities (Spar and Hofer) are both also a 5-minute walk away. Die Haltestelle der Stadtbahn Itzling ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
From the flat share, you can reach the Salzach perfectly and start a nice walk along the river towards the old town or towards Maria Plan.
Das WG Leben setzt sich zusammen aus David, wirklich nette Slowakin, die gerade unserer WG beigetreten ist. Nico, unserem chilligen Franzosen und Hobbyrapper, der bei jedem Spaß dabei ist und gleichzeitig durch seine durch nichts zu störende Ruhe die WG grounded und Manu, dem Österreicher und Weltengrübler, der es absolut liebt mit einem Gläschen Bier/Wein sich zusammen zusetzen und tief zu plaudern. Wir hängen gerne am Abend miteinander ab, essen miteinander und reden uns ab und zu zusammen, um gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen. Wir suchen einen/eine Mitbewohner/in, welche/r sich in die Community hier auch einbringen möchte und ein Teil davon wird. Es versteht sich, dass wenn man einmal seine Ruhe haben will, das jeder akzeptiert. Wenn du dir vorstellen könntest, ein Teil von unserer WG zu werden, schreib uns einfach und erzähl uns kurz von dir!

The WG life is made up of David, a really nice Slovakian who has just joined our WG. Nico, our chilled Frenchman and hobby rapper, who is part of every fun and at the same time grounds the flat-sharing community with his undisturbed calmness and Manu, the Austrian and worldly thinker, who absolutely loves to sit down with a glass of beer/wine and have a deep chat. We like to hang out together in the evenings, eat together and talk together from time to time, do things together. We are looking for a flatmate who wants to get involved in the community here and become a part of it. It goes without saying that if you want to have some peace and quiet, everyone accepts that.
