The room is spacious and full of light. The view from the window is beautiful. You can see the Festung, Untersberg, and over into Germany. There is a couch that converts into a bed, a standing closet, two bookshelves, a cupboard, a coffee table, and a bed. The room is big enough for indoor workouts, yoga, or a dance party. The high ceilings add to the feeling of openness and space. The WG is the only one on this floor of the building. It's quiet and a perfect place for working from home.
The kitchen and bathroom are outfitted with modern appliances. Because there are only two people in the apartment, there is plenty of room in the fridge and in the cupboards. Everything works and is easy to clean.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist wunderschön. Sie können die Festung, Untersberg und weiter nach Deutschland sehen. Es gibt eine Couch, die sich in ein Bett verwandeln lässt, einen Stehschrank, zwei Bücherregale, einen Schrank, einen Couchtisch und ein Bett. Der Raum ist groß genug für Indoor-Workouts, Yoga oder eine Tanzparty. Die hohen Decken tragen zum Gefühl von Offenheit und Raum bei. Die WG ist die einzige auf dieser Etage des Gebäudes. Es ist ruhig und ein perfekter Ort, um von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten.
Die Küche und das Bad sind mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Da sich nur zwei Personen in der Wohnung befinden, ist im Kühlschrank und in den Schränken viel Platz. Alles funktioniert und ist leicht zu reinigen.
The apartment is a two-minute walk from a bus stop on the 3-line (Kirchenstraße Station). There is a Billa around the corner and a bakery down the street. Both are open six days a week. The river is a kilometer away and the popular hiking and running route up to the Maria Plain Kirche is 2k from our front door. Kletterhalle Salzburg is a kilometer to the north and the HBF is 1.5k to the south. It's possible to reach any point in Salzburg Stadt via bicycle in half an hour.
There is a bike rack in the front of the building as well as a bicycle storage cellar easily accessible from the back door.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Glanegg am Stadtrand von Salzburg am Ende der Mossstraße. Die Buslinien 3 (Station Kirchenstraße) sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt eine Billa direkt um die Ecke und einen Bakerei ist die Straße runter. Beide sind sechs Tage die Woche geöffnet. Der Fluss ist einen Kilometer entfernt und die beliebte Wander- und Laufstrecke bis zur Maria-Ebene-Kirche ist 2 km von unserer Haustür entfernt. Die Kletterhalle Salzburg liegt einen Kilometer nördlich und die HBF 1,5 km südlich. Es ist möglich, jeden Punkt in Salzburg Stadt mit dem Fahrrad in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen.
Neele, the other renter who will be in the apartment over the summer, is 25 and finishing her last year for a psychology Masters. Neele is quiet and organized. She enjoys horseback riding, card games, and hiking. She also enjoys evening chats or cooking and sharing an occasional meal together.
I work in Salzburg as an English teacher but will be returning home to the USA for the summer. I am happy to answer any questions you might have about the apartment. LG, Anne
