Die geräumige Wohnung hat 6 Zimmer (davon ist eines das Wohnzimmer), Küche, Bad, getrenntes WC.
Die einzigen Möbel im 20m² Zimmer sind ein kleiner weisser IKEA Tisch, ein runder Tisch aus echtem Marmor (der ist sehr schön!), eine Anrichte mit viel Stauraum und ein Doppelbett.Schönes helles Zimmer in Itzlin
Falls du billig Möbel brauchst, es gibt ganz in der Nähe einen Dauerflohmarkt (die WABE).
Du hast zwei große Fenstertüren mit Ausblick auf den Gaisberg und Morgensonne!
Es gibt einen großen trockenen Kellerraum nur für die WG und auch einen Fahrradkeller so dass dein Drahtesel nicht rosten muss :)
ENGLISH:
The apartment has 6 rooms (one of which is the living room), kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet.
The only furniture in the 20m² room are a small white IKEA Table, a round table made from real marble (yes it is very beautiful!) a sideboard with a lot of space for you things and a double bed.
If you need furniture etc, there is a permanent flea market in close proximity called WABE.
The room features two large glass doors with morning sun and a view to a mountain!
There is also a large dry cellar room just for the flatshare and a bike cellar so your bike doesn't need to rust :)
Bus fast vor der Haustüre, Hauptbahnhof mit dem Rad ~5-10min entfernt. Du bist mit dem Rad oder Bus schnell in der Altstadt, aber auch zu Fuß gleich beim Alterbach und zum Rauchenbichel auf einer Kuhwiese. Das TechnoZ ist auch nicht weit weg. Billa & Lidl & Apotheke sind ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.
Du magst es, in einer geräumigen, ruhigen WG zu leben, und bist selber unkompliziert, verlässlich und einigermaßen ordentlich? Dann melde Dich, damir wir uns kennenlernen können!
Das sind wir:
Christoph (27) mag arbeiten und zockt gerne in seiner Freizeit und sitzt auch mal im Wohnzimmer und trinkt gemütlich ein Bier mit dir :)
Saureesh (24) arbeitet im Marketing und ist neu in Salzburg. In seiner freien Zeit liebt er es zu kochen, wandern zu gehen oder Videospiele zu spielen. Er ist immer offen für Gespräche über alle Themen!
Marina (20), arbeitet in einem Altenheim, malt sehr gerne und chillt mit ihrem Kater Collin (wir könnten Collin auch als Mitbewohner aufnehmen 😂)
Sonst interessiert sie sich sehr für Feminismus und freut sich neue Leute kennenzulernen 🥰
Und Laura wohnt auch noch hier, aber nur noch bis Ende Februar.

Marina (19), works in a retirement home, likes to paint and chill with her cat Collin. She is also interested in feminism and likes to meet new people 🥰
Laura also lives here, but only till end of February.
