Wir sind eine 4er WG, großteils Studenten, in Lehen mit direkter Anbindung zum 7er Bus (fährt u.a. zum Hanuschplatz und zum UniPark), sowie zum 4er und 1er. Da ich ausziehe wirst du nur noch 2 Burschen und ein Mädel vorfinden, allesamt super lieb!
Das zu vergebene Zimmer ist ca. 10m2 groß (eher größer), vollmöbeliert (140er Bett, Regale, Tisch, Stühle, Kleiderschrank, Lampen). WG ansich ist sehr geräumig, es ist alles wichtige vorzufinden. Miete ist warm ca 250€ im Monat.
Da ich zum 1.1. ausgezogen bin, ist es ganz frei wann der Einzug stattfindet - spätestens zum 01.02. möchte ich das Zimmer vermietet haben, aber der Einzugstermin ist variabel, kann also auch später gelegt werden. Besichtigungstermine werden ganz individuell gelegt ->Bitte vorher eine Mail schreiben!
