ich ziehe um und daher wird mein WG-Zimmer zum 1.Juni frei!
Unsere WG besteht aus:
3 WG-Zimmern
1 Küche mit Essbereich, zwei Kühlschränken + Spülmaschine
1 Wohnzimmer mit Sofa(s) und Hochbett für evtl. Gäste
1 WC
1 Bad mit Dusche
1 Balkon
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank und einem Ast ausgestattet, die ich dir überlassen würde.
Die Ablöse bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf die allgemeine WG Einrichtung, in die wir im letzten halben Jahr viel zusammen investiert haben, u.a. in einen neuen Kühlschrank.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du kurz ein bisschen was zu dir schreibst & dich vorstellst. Am besten mit deiner Handynummer, damit wir dich besser kontaktieren können.

I am moving and therefore my room becomes free to the 1.June!
Our apartment consists of:
3 rooms
1 kitchen with dining area, two fridges + dishwasher
1 living room with sofa(s) and a bed for possible guests
1 WC
1 bathroom with shower
1 balcony
Your future room is equipped with a closet and a branch, which I would leave to you.
The transfer fee refers mainly to the general WG furnishings, in which we have invested a lot together in the last half year, including a new refrigerator.
We would be happy if you could write a little about yourself. Preferably include your cell phone number, so we can contact you better.
Alles ist super zu Fuß/mit dem Rad erreichbar:
Hauptbahnhof (ca. 15min zu Fuß)
Bus-/ Bahnanschluss (Bus direkt um die Ecke, ca. 1min Fußweg)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke (ca. 5min zu Fuß)
Restaurants
Salzach
Zur PLUS kommt man mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15min in denen man hauptsächlich entspannt an der Salzach entlangradelt. :)

The PLUS can be reached by bicycle in about 15 minutes, during which you mainly cycle along the Salzach. :)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Sarah (25) und Yannika (24). Sie studieren beide an der PLUS (KoWi/PoWi und Klinische Linguistik) und arbeiten nebenbei. Außerhalb der Uni findet man sie meistens im Fitness (Yanni), auf Poetry Slams (Sarah), und in seltenen Fällen auch zusammen beim 'Like a Prayer' singen im Wohnzimmer :)
Wenn du selbst auch aktiv, aufgeschlossen und auf der Suche nach einer guten WG Gemeinschaft bist, bist du hier also vollkommen richtig!

Your future roommates are Sarah (25) and Yannika (24). They both study at PLUS (Communication & Political science and Clinical Linguistics) and work on the side. Outside of university you can find them mostly at the gym (Yanni), at poetry slams (Sarah), and in rare cases singing 'Like a Prayer' together in the living room :)
