Ich bin eine junggebliebene 62-jährige Pensionistin und suche ab sofort eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für ein sehr hübsches leer stehendes 13qm Zimmer in meiner Wohnung.
Du solltest keine Tierhaarallergie haben, da in der Wohnung ein Hund mit lebt und im Haus auch noch Katzen wohnen.
Da ich selber rauche, sollte dich das nicht stören.
Wenn du noch auf der Suche nach einem neuen zu Hause bist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du dich telefonisch bei mir meldest (bitte NUR Anrufe, keine SMS oder Mail!) und wir uns persönlich kennen lernen können.
Der Preis beträgt 320€ monatlich inkl. Nebenkosten.
