Das Zimmer beträgt 24qm und ist sehr groß und geräumig. Es gibt zwei Fenster. Ich würde das Zimmer gern vollständig möbiliert gegen eine kleine Ablöse übergeben.
Wir wohnen im Ortsteil Liefering/ Lehen, Ins Zentrum braucht mit dem Bus (Linie 4, 14, 24, 7, 8, 3) ca. 15 min, mit dem Rad ist man schneller. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 35 Minuten. Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen großen Interspar, einen Billa und einen Lidl in Gehnähe. Außerdem gibt es einen DM, einen Libro und einen Bäcker.
Zurzeit wohnen hier Kim, Till und Felix. Kim ist 27 und arbeitet in einer Werbeagentur. Till, 23 studiert in Kuchl Holzbau und Holzwirtschaft und Felix, 22, studiert Multimediaart in Puch. Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG, schauen gern zusammen Filme in unserem großen Wohnzimmer, gehen feiern und was sich sonst so ergibt. Uns ist es recht egal, ob du Student oder berufstätig bist, ob du zu uns passt, werden wir schon herausfinden ;) Wir sind eine sehr saubere WG und legen großen Wert darauf, dass das so bleibt.
Die Kaution beträgt 900 Euro. Englischsprachige Mitbewohner herzlich willkommen. Wir freuen uns auf eure Emails und euren Besuch. Falls ihr weiter weg wohnt, können wir auch gern erst einmal skypen.
