Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert und hat einen schönen Bergblick. Also Bett, Schrank, Tisch & Stuhl und Regal stehen zur Verfügung! Außerdem gibt es Jalousien.
Auch so hat die Wohnung alles, was mensch braucht (sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Badewanne usw) und ebenso eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, W-Lan und einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

The room is fully furnished and has a nice mountain view. The room has everything, bed, cupboard, desk, chair, and so on! And there are also jalousies.
In the flat is available everything you need, a well equiped kitchen, bathtub, washing mashine, dish washer, internet, and in top of that a parking spot in front of the house.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die nächste Busstation ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und fährt direkt ins Zentrum (10-15 Minuten) und zum Hauptbahnhof. Hofer und Spar sind gleich in der nächsten
Nähe und zum Europark ist es auch nicht mehr weit!
Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Fahrrad ausgeliehen werden (damit ist mensch in Salzburg wohl am schnellsten unterwegs).

The location is very quiet. The next bus stop is 2 minutes away and it bus directly drives you in the city centre (10-15 mins) and to the main train station. Some supermarkets (Hofer, Spar) are nearby and even the Europark (big shopping center) is easy to reach.
In case you can need my bike (probably the fastest transport medium for Salzburg).
Derzeit ist die WG eine Frauen* Wohngemeinschaft. Da eine von uns über den Sommer nicht da ist (Anfang August bis Mitte September), ist daher nun ein Zimmer frei für einige Wochen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass die WG keine Party-WG ist, sondern eher ein entspannter Rückzugsort. Regelmäßig Putzen sollte auch drin sein! ;)

Until now two women live in the flat. But one of us will be abroad (from the beginning of August until mid of september), so one room is free for subrent. It's important for us, that we are not a Party flat, but rather a place to relaxe. And of course we clean in flat in regularly interval (should be no problem for you).
Es gibt eine sehr süße Katze (Katzenhaarallergie wäre eher unpraktisch).
Eigentlich bräuchte es für die 2 Monate auch eine Kaution von 400 Euro, falls das nicht erschwinglich sein sollte, können wir aber auch eine Ausnahme machen.
Insgesamt ist uns wichtig, dass du zuverlässig bist, auf die Bedürfnisse anderer achtest, aber auch gleichzeitig deine Bedürfnisse kommunizieren kannst.
