Wir, Lisa (26) und Elisabeth (24), suchen für unser freies, helles Zimmer (ca. 10m) eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in), der/die auch gerne mal etwas mit uns unternimmt!
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein getrenntes WC/Bad (mit neuer Waschmaschine), Wohnküche, Kellerabteil, Balkon und Fahrradkeller; außerdem sind die Buslinien 21/22 direkt vor der Tür und 1/10/8 (Moosstrasse) ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Geschäfte wie, Billa, Penny, Bipa, DM und Apotheke sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (5-10 Gehminuten). In der Innenstadt (Getreidegasse) ist man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten und der Unipark ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten, die NAWI in 15min erreichbar. Gratis Parkplätze befinden sich in der Straße und in den Nebenstraßen rundherum.
Die Miete beträgt 316€ inklusive Heizung, Strom, Internet und Haushaltsversicherung!
