in Salzburg / Maxglan wird ab sofort bzw. ab Februar noch ein 25 qm großes Dachgeschoss Zimmer in einer wunderbaren Haus-WG frei für 460,- € / Monat. Das Haus liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Maxglan unweit von der Stieglbrauerei, der Glan und große Wiesen und Feldflächen sind gleich drumherum. In der Stadt ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Radl.
Es hat einen Garten direkt am Feld, ist komplett unterkellert, besitzt zwei Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein separates WC. Neben meinem Zimmer wird auch noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei ... Lena und Christian halten hier die Stellung und freuen sich über neue, aufgeschlossene, umweltbewusste und soziale Mitbewohnern*innen.

in Salzburg / Maxglan there is a large top floor room, 25 sqm in a wonderful shared apartment, available from February for 460 eur / month. The house is located in the quiet Maxglan district not far from the Stiegl brewery, the Glan and large fields surrounding it. You can get to town in 10 minutes by bike.
It has a garden right on the field, a complete basement, has two bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. In addition to my room, another small room will is also available ... Lena and Christian look forward to new, open-minded, environmentally conscious and social friendly roommates.
