We are looking for a new member of this fantastic shared flat. It has 80qm of space and is situated right next to the Kai promenade.
It's just a 5min walk to the center and with the Buslines 4, 7, 9, 20, 21, 24, 27, 28 and the S-Bahn close by you have a perfect connection to anywhere.
The rent is about 450,- (electricity, gas and internet included)
The room is about 20qm big. It is furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe , a 40 zoll Samsung TV and some Ikea chests. There is a consumption for the furniture of 450,-.
The living together is very harmonic. Cooking and eating together or doing activities is very nice. But everyone has his on privacy in his/her rooms as well.
