The apartment is 127 m² and is very centrally located. In addition to the 3 rooms, there is a large kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and a pantry, which we also use as a drying room/storage room. The apartment also has a small balcony that can be reached by everyone via the hallway. A separate room for bicycles or other items is available in the basement.
The room is around 30m2 and it has a lot of light thanks to the corner window.
The room is perfect to play around with the distribution of the different spaces, making possible to have a nice cozy “living room” inside your own room 😇
The room comes without the furniture from the photo, but instead with one massive wardrobe and one big L-shaped couch that are mandatory to take over for around 650 euros. This furniture is currently in the room next door (as ill be moving to that room) - so you can see it when visiting the flat 🌱
The location is incredible as we are located in the center of Salzburg. Linzergasse and Mirabellplatz are a 5-10 minute walk away, so super close to all bars and restaurants 🙏🏼
You can also reach the train station in about 10 minutes on foot. Bus line 2, which goes directly to the airport via the train station, is right in front of the door. All major supermarkets such as Interspar, Hofer, Billa, Lidl, Penny and Norma are a 5-10 minute walk away.
We also have Taj Mahal around the corner in case you fancy some indian food on a hangover sunday ;)
Clara (25) is a very active person, and loves being out of the house. But when she is in, she enjoys cooking and chilling in her room, listening to music.
She loves skiing and any activity that takes her outside: skating, hiking, going for walks, getting coffee... she likes enjoying the company of others and the idea of having “open-doors” at home 🌱
Elisa is 29 years old and works as a psychologist. She lives since some years in Salzburg and can therefore show you some nice places. In her free time she meets friends or enjoys activities in nature. She is open minded to meet new people and likes to have nice conversations in the kitchen or doing something together.
I will be taking over the room next door from the girl that is leaving the apartment, but the new tenant must take over her wardrobe and couch for the said price, thus please reach out only if this is Ok for you!! 💖
