Die Altbauwohnung liegt in der wunderschönen Neustadtund ist super zentral gelegen. Verfügt über zwei Balkon, Fahrradabstellplatz im Innenhof, ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum / Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine, sowie separate Toilette. Mein Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, hell, hat Parkettboden und kostet 335€ warm im Monat exklusive Internet. Das Zimmer hat ein Hochbett, also ist noch genug Platz vorhanden und ein apr Möbel können auch kostenlos übernommen werden. Eure Mitbewohner sind Alex,Andi und Marie. Da Alex aus Paris kommt, sprechen wir oft nur Englisch, wäre also cool wenn du damit kein Problem hast.
Zur Lage: zu Fuß bist du innerhalb von 5 Minuten beim Mirabell und bei den Bushaltestellen. Der nächste kleine Spar ist auch gleich im die Ecke. Der Bahnhof ist innerhalb 10 Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem haben wir noch nette Kaffees gleich gegenüber von unserem Haus, die echt zu empfehlen sind (auch veganes / vegetarisches Angebot)
Kleiner Tipp: jeden Donnerstag ist gleich bei uns um die Ecke Markt, wo du den besten Käse, Bauernbrot, Obst und Gemüse findest.
Zu meinem Nachfolger/in: du bist mindestens 23 Jahre, offen und kommunikativ, suchst etwas für längerfristig, , bist sauber, möchtest super zentral wohnen, magst die Gemeinschaft aber möchtest dennoch deinen Rückzugsraum zu haben, dann bist du
wohl der/die Richtige für uns!

The apartment is located in the heart of Salzburg and is equipped with two balconies, a huge living room / entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with laundry machine, as well as a separate toilet. My room has approx. 16sqm with high ceilings (old building), has parquet floor and costs 335€ per month including all utilities (exclusive internet ). The room includes a loft bed,there a also some furnitore can be take over. You will live with there with Andi,Alex and Marie.
The location: within 5 minutes you reach the Mirabellgarten, the bus stops as well as a small grocery store (Spar). The train station is reachable within 10 minutes. We also have a couple of neat, little cafes across the stress, which I can really recommend! (Also vegan / vegetarian cafe). Tip: every Thursday is farmers market right around the corner of our apartment, there are so delicious cheeses, fresh baked bread and fruits and vegetables!
The new roommate should be minimum 23 years old, clean, open and sociable. Additionally you should like to communicate and doing activities together but at the same time respect each other's privacy. It also would be cool if you're planning to stay longer in Salzburg.
