Wir sind Apostolos, Chloé und Azahara. Bei unserer wunderschönen Wohnung in Salzburg, (Bezirk: Schallmoos) wird ab 1 Dezember ein Zimmer frei sein. Der Schwerpunkt der Wohnung ist die gemeinsame Räume. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut gerüstet, Geschirrspüler ist auch dabei. Das Wohnzimmer wie die ganze Wohnung ist sonnig und der Platz wo Besucher problemlos übernachten dürfen :)
WC und Bad sind getrennt, bei dem Bad gibt es Dusche und Badewanne und ist auch der Raum wo die Waschmaschine platziert ist. Das freies Zimmer ist circa 13m² groß, Ost orientiert und hat Ausblick zum Kapuzinerberg. Bei der Wohnung gehört auch ein schließbarer Kellerraum wo man sein Fahrrad (im Winter), Ski (im Sommer) oder was noch immer lagern kann.
Die 4er-WG befindet sich sehr zentral, im Auerspergstraße in der nähe von Wifi, der Hauptbahnhof liegt zu Fuß 10 Minuten weit, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich und alle innerhalb ein Radius von 900m. Die Dachgeschoss Wohnung ist Teil eines 7 Wohnungsgebäude, so man kann gut vorstellen, dass unserer Nachbarschaft sehr angenehm und gemütlich ist.
Das Leben bei der WG ist unkompliziert, wir kochen immer wieder gerne und essen zusammen.
Sauberkeit zum einem gewiesene Niveau sollten wir halten, darüber hilf uns ein Putzplan, wo jeder seinen Verantwortungsbereich zweimal pro Monat finden kann.
Auf alle Fälle ich bin der Meinung, dass ein Besichtigungstermin wird mehrere Fragen beantworten als ein paar Bilder und ein Text!

We are a couple and live already here since 1 year.
In our share flat 1 room is going to be available in the begining of December.
-The flat is in a very central position in Salzburg, train station, food shops or old center are maximum 15min on foot.
It is a luminous top floor-roof apartment, with big common-share spaces.
-The kitchen is the heart of the apartment, is spacious and fully equipped, with the dishwasher to be the extra that makes your life easier.
-The living room is cozy and spacious and it’s the place where your visitors can spend a night if necessary. The bathroom and the WC are traditionally :) seperated, in the bathroom is a shower and a bathtub, also the washing machine occupies its place over there.
In the residence belongs also a storage room in the cellar with a locker.
The life in the apartment is pretty uncomplicated, cooking, spending relax time all together or organize an activity is what we usually do.
